Liverpool is Pickering’s largest neighbourhood in terms of landmass extending from Kingston Road all the way north to the 3rd Concession and from Duffins Creek in the east to the Dunbarton neighbourhood in the west.
What it's like
Liverpool is close to many of Pickering's main attractions along with a number of parks and greenspace, It is a great place to set down some roots or raise a family.
The Neighbourhood
Liverpool is great for all kinds of households, but families are the largest group. Families with children in the area tend to have 2 children at home, with a large percentage of young children.
Liverpool has David Farr Park situated right in the middle of the neighbourhood, which is a large park with a beautiful trail and a playground.
