Dovercourt Village is a upcoming neighbourhood near Toronto's centre. It is located between Dupont and Bloor Street West, so there are many restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area. A focal point in this neighbourhood is the Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club, a clubhouse open year round for neighbourhood children.

The Neighbourhood
The majority of real estate is apartment and condo buildings, typically 2 or 3 storeys high. Residents with young children choose to live here because of its tranquil feel and great schools.
Walkability. Along with restaurants and shops, the TTC is walkable from everywhere in the neighbourhood too. At every major street along Bloor you'll find a subway station, such as Landsdowne and Dufferin.
